I am on the lookout for a dresser for Ethan and Christian's bedroom. I can't believe that I let them talk me in to getting rid of their old dresser and storing their clothes on shelves in their closet, but I did and it has been a nightmare ever since. Let's just say that OCD control freak boy should NOT share a bedroom with Slobby McSlobberson from Slobtown. I think tomorrow while they are at youth group (yes, the atheist kids go to youth group...) I will go in there and clean it up and get rid of a bunch of stuff. I hate to do it while they are not home but I hate the fighting and bull shit even more.
Lunch today was quinoa tabouli. Tabouli used to be one of my favorite things but it is traditionally made with bulgur wheat so I haven't eaten it in a while. Today I just replaced the bulgur with quinoa and honestly, there was no difference in taste. The quinoa is so healthy that even if you aren't gluten free you should consider substituting in for the bulgur.
Dinner was my version of an Italian 0 point soup that was in the Weight Watchers booklet I got at last night's meeting, roasted chicken breast and brown rice.
I will post the recipe for the tabouli and soup tomorrow.
